Stop Union Station being used as a homeless shelter

Union Station is the gateway to Toronto. Countless residents, commuters and visitors use it everyday. But Union Station is increasingly being used as a homeless shelter. Homeless people are lying in the hallways and the city is doing very little about ensuring they have access to the extensive shelter system in our city, not Union Station. Cleaning up Union Station will improve public safety.
