12. Political Activity Exemption
Given that we are a non-profit, no specific legislation exists that provides for a political exemption to legislation for an organization like us. To that end, should any exemption in law or policy exist that proffers exemptions to any laws or regulations for an organization like ours that is engaged in political activities, then we shall avail ourselves of any exemption vis-à-vis our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for political and advocacy purposes.
